Terms of Use

By using SFL Farmhand you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What the app is

SFL Farmhand is an unofficial tool for Sunflower Land players. It shows a farm's timers, inventory and other public data, and offers calculations and estimates (profitability, XP, prices, probabilities) to help you plan. It can be downloaded and used for free, with optional paid extra features (SFL Farmhand Pro).

2. Unofficial app

SFL Farmhand is an independent project created by a community player. It is not part of Sunflower Land, is not affiliated with Sunflower Land or its creators, and is not sponsored by them. "Sunflower Land", its logo, characters and images are the property of their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes only. What you pay for SFL Farmhand Pro covers the app's tools, not game content.

3. Free version and SFL Farmhand Pro

The free version includes, among other things, farm timers (with up to 3 active alerts), inventory, NFTs, the calculator, the calendar, the season pass, delivery profitability and land expansion. SFL Farmhand Pro also unlocks: all alerts, Activity, Market radar, Marvels progress, Fishing guide, Crustacean guide, Flower guide, Weekly deliveries, Leaderboards, Raffles & draws, Foods to level up, Animal profitability, Pets, Crafting box, Monument progress, Available digs and Faction. You can get SFL Farmhand Pro in two ways: • Quarterly subscription: 1.99 USD every 3 months, auto-renewing. • One-time payment: 9.99 USD, paid once, with no renewals. Prices shown are in US dollars; the store may show the equivalent in your currency and include any taxes that apply in your country. The price that applies is always the one shown in the store when you confirm the purchase. You can also get SFL Farmhand Pro by redeeming an Apple offer code given to you by the developer (for example, to test the app). Codes are managed by Apple, are personal, single-use and expire on the date shown; they cannot be exchanged for money or resold. A one-time payment plan code unlocks Pro just as if you had bought it.

4. 7-day free trial

The quarterly subscription may include a 7-day free trial for those who haven't used it before with their Apple or Google account (one per account). During the trial you have full access to SFL Farmhand Pro. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial automatically becomes a paid subscription and the first 3-month period is charged. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged anything and keep access until it ends. If you buy the one-time payment plan during the trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.

5. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscription payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for 3-month periods at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time: • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app: Settings → SFL Farmhand Pro → Manage subscription. • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep SFL Farmhand Pro until the end of the period already paid. Uninstalling the app or erasing its data does not cancel the subscription. If the subscription price changes, the store will notify you in advance and, where the law or the store requires it, will ask you to accept the new price before renewing.

6. One-time payment

The one-time payment plan permanently unlocks SFL Farmhand Pro for the Apple or Google account you bought it with, on all devices using that account, as long as the app remains available in the store and compatible with your device. "Forever" refers to the life of the app, not of the person. Buying the one-time payment plan does not cancel an active subscription: you must cancel it yourself in the store so it doesn't renew.

7. Refunds

Payments are charged and managed by Apple or Google, so the developer cannot issue refunds directly. If you believe you're entitled to one, request it at reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or from Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Purchase history), according to their policies and the law of your country. Unless applicable law says otherwise, subscription periods already started are not refunded.

8. Restoring purchases and your account

If you change device, reinstall the app or erase its data, you can recover your purchases with "Restore purchases" (in the plans sheet or in Settings → SFL Farmhand Pro), using the same Apple or Google account you bought with or redeemed the code with. If you sign in with a SFL Farmhand account (optional), the purchases you make or restore while signed in are linked to it and you can use SFL Farmhand Pro on your other devices by signing in with the same email. The account is personal: don't share it or the sign-in codes. If you delete the account, your purchases remain valid in the store and on the device where you made them.

9. Changes to features and prices

We may improve, change or add features to the free version or to SFL Farmhand Pro. If in the future a SFL Farmhand Pro feature depends on an external service that stops being available (for example, the Sunflower Land API or sfl.world), it may stop working without this entitling you to a refund, unless applicable law says otherwise. Price changes don't affect periods already paid.

10. Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use it to attack, overload or abuse the services it gets data from, or to break the terms of Sunflower Land or any other service. Nor may you try to unlock SFL Farmhand Pro without paying for it, share your account with other people, modify the app, circumvent its purchase mechanisms or use its intermediary service outside the app. We may close accounts used to abuse the service.

11. Information and estimates

Data comes from external services and may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. The app's calculations (profitability, XP, prices, radar suggestions, digging probabilities, etc.) are estimates based on the known game rules and may not match the actual result. Always check in the game before making decisions.

12. Not financial advice

The app shows prices of items and of the FLOWER token, and may suggest buying or selling opportunities. None of this is financial, investment or tax advice. Digital assets and cryptocurrencies are volatile and you can lose money. Any decision you make is your sole responsibility. Paying for SFL Farmhand Pro does not guarantee any gains in the game.

13. No warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will work without errors or interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not limit the rights granted to you by consumer protection law in your country.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for loss of money, game items or data, or for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of or inability to use the app. In any case, the developer's total liability will not exceed what you paid for SFL Farmhand Pro in the previous 12 months.

15. Third-party services

The app depends on external services (Sunflower Land API, the app's intermediary on Cloudflare, sfl.world, CoinGecko, App Store, Google Play and others). If those services change, limit access or stop working, some app features may become unavailable.

16. Intellectual property

The app's design and code belong to Sebastian Hernandez. The images, names and other game content belong to Sunflower Land and its authors. Buying SFL Farmhand Pro gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its features, not ownership of the app.

17. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Purchases are also subject to the terms of the corresponding store. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

18. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend or withdraw the app at any time. If we withdraw the app, subscriptions will stop renewing. If you keep using the app after a change to these terms, you accept the updated terms.

19. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence. For any questions or support, write to contacto@sflfarmhand.com.
