It's the number next to your name in the game.
Does the app need my wallet or password?
No. It only uses your public Farm ID; it will never ask for private keys or recovery phrases.
Why doesn't a value match the game?
The app shows the latest your game saved to the server, and some values are estimates. Pull down to refresh.
How do I cancel the subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period so it does not renew.
How do I request a refund?
Payments are handled by the store: at reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or in your Google Play purchase history.
I changed phones, do I lose Pro?
No. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap "Restore purchases" in Settings → SFL Farmhand Pro.
How do I delete my data?
In Settings → Legal & privacy → "Erase all app data", or by uninstalling the app. Your purchases are not lost.
